Saudi League: Ighalo scores hat-trick as Al Wehda beat Damak 4-2

Odion Ighalo showcased his scoring prowess by netting a hat-trick, propelling Al Wehda to a 4-2 victory against Damak in a Saudi Arabia Professional Football League clash.

The 34-year-old striker kickstarted the scoring for his team in the 17th minute, setting the pace for his impressive performance. Ighalo further extended his tally by converting a penalty late in the first half, securing his second goal of the game. He went on to complete his hat-trick in the 52nd minute, leaving a mark of his exceptional skills on the match.

With this outstanding display, the former Super Eagles forward has now accumulated four goals for Al Wehda, positioning him just two goals behind the league’s leading scorer, Cristiano Ronaldo.

As a result of this triumph, his club has advanced to the seventh position in the league table, amassing nine points from five games and showcasing their competitive edge.
