This is the isolation centre set up by the local government of Apa in Benue State led by Hon. Onyeniyoma Umar.
She said her administration is ensuring that the council is free of the pandemic disease ‘Coroniavirus’.
IDOMA VOICE learnt that the Isolation Center is located in Ugbokpo, the headquarters of Apa Local Government.
Speaking at the ceremony, Executive Caretaker Chairperson of APA Hon. Umar, who also heads the committee, acknowledged the people of Apa for their understanding and support since the current crisis erupted; saying the center becomes necessary because it’s part of preventive measure put in place to curtail the deadly pandemic disease globally.
She said her administration will not get tire in spite of numerous challenges cause by the disease most especially with the level of understanding of people within the locality.
