Senate President, Akpabio appoints Emmanuel Echeofun, Onjefu as Senior Legislative Aides
The President of the 10th Senate, Godswill Akpabio, has appointed Emmanuel John Echeofun and Onjefu Ajeibi as Senior Legislative Aides in the office of the Senate Minority Leader, Abba Moro.
This follows Moro’s earlier appointments of Echeofun and Ajeibi as media aides following his election into the 10th Senate.
Confirming the appointments to IDOMA VOICE on Wednesday, Emmanuel Echeofun expressed gratitude to Senator Moro for facilitating the employment, stating, “Yes, our appointment letters are now. I am now a Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate President.”
Similarly, Onjefu Ajeibi, in a brief statement, conveyed appreciation to God Almighty and acknowledged Senator Moro for the support that led to his appointment.
He expressed his profound gratitude to Senator Abba Moro, describing him as the “Ogigo Me’ebe Ki’doma” and commending his philanthropic efforts.
Ajeibi stated, “I am in debt of the appropriate dictions to express my gratitude, Sir. May God continue to uplift, protect, and bless you more and more to keep impacting more lives as a philanthropist you have always been known for.”
He renewed his commitment to ensuring the successful execution of the core objectives of his appointment and concluded by thanking Senator Moro for his instrumental role in making this opportunity possible.
