The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Patrick Moro, on Friday, advised students of Benue South extraction to be good ambassadors of the land wherever they find themselves.
The advice was given during the annual Idoma Cultural Day Celebration by the National Association of Idoma Students (NAIS), University of Abuja Chapter.
Senator Moro, in his goodwill message delivered on his behalf by Emmanuel Eche-Ofun John, his Special Assistant on New Media, said youths were the bedrock of every society. He said he always identified with them because of the pivotal roles they play in nation building and societal growth.
The Comrade-Senator advised the students to keep the Idoma flag flying, unite together and shun any act that could bring shame to their families and Idomaland at large. He encouraged them to study hard and come out with good grades, promising to always be available to support their individual and collective dreams.
