Distinguished Senator Abba Patrick Moro, Friday, took time to have on-the-spot inspection of various ongoing projects he influenced to Benue South Senatorial District.
In Otukpo, the Senator inspected the ongoing works on Babylon road, Emmanuel Ajogi avenue, GRA.
From Otukpo, the People’s Senator and his entourage proceeded to Obi LGA where he inspected the Otukpo-Obi-Oju Federal Road being rehabilitated by Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), courtesy of him, and the Obarike General Hospital Road.
At River Obi, linking Ode-Apa council ward, Senator Moro promised to construct a bridge across the river to ease free movement of goods and services in the area.
Also in Oju, Senator Moro inspected the grading of Obusa-Ogori road, which is progressing steadily. He promised to construct the Oru bridge that links to Adokpa council ward.
Commenting on the speed and quality of the ongoing projects, the Distinguished Senator said he was impressed. He called on the benefiting communities to corporate with the contractors and support them to work without harassment and intimidation. He reassured the good people of Benue South that every Local Government Area in the Senatorial District would feel his impact before the end of his first tenure in 2023.
Speaking on behalf of the community, Chief Isaac Agi, of Adokpa council ward, said the Oju people, Igede nation and the entire people of Benue South remained grateful to Senator Moro for all his people-oriented projects and activities on the floor of the Senate. He commended the Senator and pledged the unalloyed support of the people for him.
