The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Patrick Moro commiserates with Benue State Governor, Dr Samuel Ortom, over the death of his foster father, Elder Vanger Iyorhon.
Elder Iyorhon, who governor Ortom described as his father and political leader, passed on at the age of 84.
Senator Moro is saddened by the death of the elder statesman, particularly at this time when Benue State and the Peoples Democratic Party needed his prayers, counseling and encouragement the most.
The Senator is, however, comforted that Elder Iyorhon lived a fulfilled life as a devout Christian and a selfless leader, under whose mentorship Governor Ortom rose to his political limelight.
He commiserates with the Governor and his immediate family, and prays God to grant Baba’s soul eternal rest.
