Reports indicate that seven persons have died while two others sustained severe injuries in an auto crash in Kano State.
The incident was confirmed on Wednesday, November 18, by the Kano State Fire Service. It said the crash happened at Mundubawa junction on Hadejia road.
The Spokesperson of the Kano State Fire Service, Saidu Muhammed, stated that the crash occurred around 5.27am when a trailer with registration number XC954GWL collided with another truck without a registration number.
According to the spokesperson, the victims, identified as Musa Mu’azu, 27, and Usman Abu, 30, are currently receiving treatment at Sunusi General hospital, while the remains of the deceased have been deposited at the morgue.
