The Spokesman of Northern Elders’ Forum, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has claimed that prominent Islamic cleric Shiekh Ahmad Gumi said that it is easier to meet bandits than President Buhari.
In a tweet he shared, Baba-Ahmed claimed Sheikh Gumi said this at Northern Peoples Summit in Kaduna.
He said the Islamic cleric recounted how he spent months meeting bandits, and many more months on fruitless efforts to meet and advise President Buhari on how to tackle the scourge affecting the country negatively.
