Nigerians, especially Christians have expressed their displeasure over the decision of Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to pick a northern Muslim as his running mate.
IDOMA VOICE recalls that Tinubu had picked Kahsim Shettima, a former governor of Borno State as his running mate.
Tinubu is expected to officially present him to President Muhammadu Buhari later today.
IDOMA VOICE observed that Tinubu’s decision to pick a Muslim as his running mate came amid nationwide outcry against same faith ticket.
Following the development, many Nigerians of the Christian faith have voiced out their displeasure over Tinubu’s disdain for Christianity.
Many of them vowed to vote against him massively in 2023.
