Shettima should tell Nigerians how he developed Boko Haram in Borno – Ulasi

A former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra State, Dan Ulasi, has accused the vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Kashim Shetima of developing and habouring Boko Haram members.

He asked Shettima to tell Nigerians what he knows about the birth of Boko Haram during his tenure as Borno State Governor.

Speaking on AIT morning show, Kakaki and monitored by IDOMA VOICE, Ulasi also slammed Bola Tinubu for refusing to visit the south east before and after the presidential primary of the APC.

He said, “Tinubu has not visited the south east, not before the primary or after that. instead, his running mate (Shettima) is saying Peter Obi will be an Igbo president not a Nigerian president. It shows you the inner thinking against our people. This is a man who harborued and developed Boko Haram.

“Boko Haram leaders were caught at the state house of Borno State in Abuja here.”

When reminded that Shettima had since denied having anything to do with Boko Haram, Ulasi responded, “Did he deny that EFCC arrested the person in his lodge?

“The police arrested the man in his lodge. Boko haram started when he was the governor of Borno State. He should tell us how it started and how it has become a good business in this country.

Dan Ulasi has revealed the details regarding his conversation with his friends in the north regarding the chances of Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election.
