Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda reveals why he stop working at Dangote’s factory

Popular Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda, opened up about a harrowing event that compelled him to quit his job at Dangote’s noodles factory in Lagos. During a recent interview with Cool FM Nigeria, he recounted the heart-wrenching tragedy that unfolded at the workplace.

Shmurda revealed that one fateful Saturday morning while they were working, a tragic accident occurred. One of his colleagues, who was cleaning the roof, accidentally fell into a vat of steaming industrial oil used in the noodle production process. The situation was dire, and despite efforts to rescue the worker, he could not be saved in time.

In the factory, the noodles pass through the oil to solidify before being packaged. The incident deeply affected Bella Shmurda and his fellow workers, as they witnessed the tragic loss of their colleague. Overwhelmed by the horrifying experience, Bella made an instant decision to quit his job. He discarded his work clothes and shoes and resolved never to return to that workplace again.
