Some people will quit Facebook when Ortom clears outstanding salaries – Benue APC

By James Ewaoche Amedu

The All Progressives Congress, Benue State chapter has boasted that some people will not have any choice but deactivate their Facebook accounts the moment the state governor, Samuel Ortom finally clears all outstanding salaries in the state.

The party claimed that since Ortom declared what he termed ‘state of emergency on salary payment’ some people have been having sleepless nights.
In a Facebook post, the party’s ‘long-standing’ acting publicity secretary of the APC, Berger Alfred Emberga said some people were already frustrated with the development.
He wrote thus:
I know some people had sleepless night, over the decision by the Benue state Government to declare STATE OF EMERGENCY IN PAYMENT OF SALARY.
Their headache is that the only point which they have been using to incite Benue workers/people against Governor Samuel Ortom led APC Government of, openness, transparency, accountability and oneness has been cremated.
Once this Government clear workers arrears including the one owed Benue workers by the spendthrift Government of PDP, some people will ‘quite’ (sic) Facebook.
When I saw some people asking questions such as ;”what is the state of emergency”? I was not bothered about it, knowing fully well that they were asking those questions out of frustration.
This too, by the grace of God, He has given us wisdom to overcome it. Praise his Holy name
