Sunny Echono heads Committee for Akume’s ‘Home Coming Reception’

The Government of Benue State, in collaboration with the All Progressives Congress (APC) North Central Zone, has released the names of esteemed individuals who will constitute the Central Planning Committee (CPC) for the forthcoming “Home Coming, Interdenominational Service, and Grand Reception” event, organized in honor of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator Dr. George Akume fnim, CON.

The Central Planning Committee, chaired by Arc. Sunny Echono, comprises notable personalities who are entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating this significant occasion. The event will celebrate the outstanding contributions of Senator Dr. George Akume to governance and public service.

The official inauguration of the committee will take place on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, at the New Banquet Hall of the Benue State Government House in Makurdi. The ceremony will commence promptly at 2:00 pm, and all committee members are expected to be seated by 1:00 pm.
