Reports indicates that Super Eagles star, Alex Iwobi will miss Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin after testing positive for Coronavirus.
According to reports in the local media the attacker was tested positive for Covid-19 upon arrival in Benin. ahead of Saturday’s showdown between the Super Eagles and the Squirrels.
The Super Eagles is yet to confirm the news, but IDOMA VOICE observed that the Everton star was missing from Coach Rohr’s Starting X1 and substitute list for vs Benin Republic game scheduled to take place at the Charles Dr Gaulles Stadium, Porto Novo, today, 5.00pm Nigerian time.
