Susan Okpe: Benue first Coronavirus patient is 62 years – Ortom

 

Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom, has further revealed details about the first index case of coronavirus in Benue State.

The governor in a statewide broadcast on Sunday said the case is a 62-year-old UK returned he identified as Susan Okpe.

He saId, “A 62 year old Susan Okpe from the UK submitted self and was confirmed positive by NCDC as the index case in Benue.”

The governor during the broadcast also announced a dusk to dawn curfew in the food basket state.
