bFew weeks after his boss, Gabriel Suswam stood at the Senate Chamber of the National Assembly to call for the removal of an Idoma son from ambassadorial-nominee list, his media Aide, Bade Bartholomew, has described the Idoma people of Nigeria as slaves from Kwararafa.
Bede made the statement in a response to a comment made on his post by a Facebook user named Wilson Ameh.
The Senator’s aide had made a post on his Facebook wall asking Governor Samuel Ortom’s staunch critic, Prof Pita Agbese to return home and apply for the job of Benue State University Vice-Chancellor.
He wrote, “#MYMADNESS
If Pita Agbese is a prof let him come and apply for the VC of BSU, then we can compare his performance with Ortom.”
In his response, one of his Facebook friends, Wilson Ameh, reacted thus: “He will prefer to manage Ortoms cargo airport.”
Apparently irked by Ameh’s comment, Bede responded by insulting the entire Idoma community, calling them slaves.
