Tears as man commits suicide over N300,000 debt in Plateau

A 26-year-old young man identified as sarki Abdul committed suicide yesterday afternoon, February 21.

It was gathered that he took his life over a three hundred thousands naira debt he owns his childhood friend in Jos, Plateau State.

According to reports, the deceased was duped of the money which he borrowed two weeks ago to improve his scrap business.

The young man who was scammed of the N300,000 decided to drink sniper in his shop which led to his death.

The tragic Incident reportedly happened in Dimili in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

An eyewitness account reveal that Sarki was acting strange in the past few days and he call his sister recently telling her his days on earth are numbered.

He entered his shop and drank sniper after explaining to his friends yesterday afternoon that he was duped of the loan he collected from one of his friends.

One of his friends notice his absence, rushed to his shop and discovered his almost dead. He rushed him to Ola hospital where he later died.
