Terrible accident along Gboko-Makrudi road in Benue

Another ghastly motor accident has occurred along Makurdi Gboko road.

The accident involved a Sianna Toyota Salon car that was conveying passengers from Makurdi to Gboko.

Eyewitness report suggests that the accident happened at 3 pm after LGEA Primary School, Uchi-Mbakor in Tarka local government area of Benue State, when the vehicle was trying to dodge potholes before it diverted to the nearby bush hitting a tree.

The report has it that Passengers onboard were in critical condition as many of them sustained various degrees of injuries, two people were reported to be unconscious, however no life was lost at the scene of the accident.

Nearby Villagers were seen assisting the victims to a nearby medical facility.
