TERROR! Bullets rain in Ugbokolo, Charles Idibia shot

According to a citizen reporter, Mary Ekoja:

In the early hours of today, around 1 am, a killer squad visited Efoyo in Ugbokolo and attacked a certain Mr. Charles Idibia aka Charlie.
He is said to be the younger brother of late Emmanuel Idibia otherwise known as Emmy Parker who was murdered on 13th of April 2017, about three weeks ago by unknown gunmen.

According to her, the assailants sustained sporadic gun shots from that 1 am till 4 am this morning and at the end Mr. Charles Idibia was left in the pool of his blood with life threatening gun wounds on his neck and other parts of his body.
He has since been taken to the hospital but his survival will be a thing of miracle.
While the gunshots lasted, no resident could dare call the police because the killers had
recently pasted a letter that if any one calls the police in respect of their operation, the police will reveal and give the caller number to them and such caller will face the music.
That is the situation our people find themselves in Ugbokolo.
