The Creed: Otukpo gets first-ever night club

For years, Otukpo has been a pale shadow of Texas, which it prides itself as – the town had no features of Texas in the U.S.A., which is known for its bustling nightlife.

That is now a thing of the past with the launch of The Creed; the first nightclub in Otukpo and Idoma land in general.

The Creed is a revolutionary nightclub promising a fusion of glamour, rhythm, and top-tier performances.

The club was birth as a beacon of sophistication, featuring cutting-edge design, and state-of-the-art sound, and lighting systems. It also has a restaurant and a sports lounge, fitted with karaoke facilities.

The clubhouse is a visual spectacle with chic interiors, creating an ambiance that seamlessly blends opulence and modernity, setting the stage for an unparalleled nightlife experience.

Situated at 18 Fairwinds Avenue, in the highbrow GRA section of the town, The Creed is pumped to redefine the nightlife landscape in Benue State, North Central, and Nigeria as a whole.
Speaking at the grand opening of the club on November 25, 2023, the founder, Engr. Agaba Ikwue, said he birthed The Creed with the aim of “bringing Abuja to Otukpo.”

Engr. Ikwue, who is the MD/CEO of Intra Engineering & Turnkey Ltd, said the new club has created hundreds of jobs for the youths of Idoma land and beyond.

“In establishing The Creed, we’ve not only crafted a space for celebration but also a platform for economic empowerment. It’s a home for joy and a hub for jobs.

“To the youth of Idoma land and beyond, The Creed is more than a club; it’s a promise of opportunities, a symbol of growth, and a beacon of hope.

“We’re not just bringing a club to Otukpo; we’re bringing a piece of Abuja’s vibrant energy to our community.”

The crème de la crème of the Nigerian entertainment industry, including Goya Menor, Magnito, Berri Tiga, OD Woods, DJ YK Mule, Mark Owi, Nedu Wazobia, Meraqie and the host, Big Smart, thrilled attendees at the epoch event.
