Theo Walcott retires from professional football at 34

Former Arsenal and Southampton forward, Theo Walcott, has chosen to hang up his boots and retire from the world of professional football at the age of 34.

Walcott, a seasoned player whose journey has left an indelible mark on the sport, took to his Twitter platform to share this significant decision with his admirers and followers on Friday.

Walcott retires following a 23-year career in which he made 397 Premier League appearances.
