There won’t be peace in Nigeria if you confirm El-Rufai as minister Senate warned

Renowned socio-political commentator, Shehu Sani, has raised concerns and issued a strong caution against the Senate’s confirmation of Nasir El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna State, as a minister in the government. Sani’s remarks emphasize that peace within Nigeria could be compromised if El-Rufai’s confirmation proceeds.

His tweet reads: “The Unconfirmed Ministerial nominee; The Imp who was intoxicated with power, and who arrogantly played God is now at the mercy of those wielding power. A religious extremist with a fanatical political agenda should have no place in the seat of power if that nation desires peace.”
