Thousands of APC members join PDP in Buhari’s Katsina, set brooms on fire

Thousands of members of the All Progressives Congress in Katsina State have defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Katsina is the homestate of President Muhammadu Buhari.

They were received into the PDP family in Gashil LGA of the state.

The erstwhile APC members said they were tired of the suffering in the country, saying the ruling party has failed them.

Consequently, the defectors set broom, which is the symbol of the APC, on fire to finally bid farewell to the ruling party.
