Plateau United, under the leadership of head coach Mangut Mbwas, is leaving no stone unturned in its pursuit of excellence as it gears up for the forthcoming season.

The team, now under the strategic guidance of the newly appointed tactician, has significantly bolstered its ranks with the acquisition of three foreign talents – Federick Boateng, Seth Owusu, and Baboni Ibrahim.

Federick Boateng, a skilled forward hailing from Ghana, has made the transition from Nsoatreman FC to join the Plateau United ranks. Joining the defensive lines is Seth Owusu, who arrived from Recreativo do Libolo, an esteemed contender in the top-tier league of Angola. Rounding out the trio is goalkeeper Baboni Ibrahim, who brings his talents to the club’s roster from Uzbekistan.

The trio made their presence felt on the field during Plateau United’s recent triumph against Bitnob FC in a friendly match held on Monday.

These newly acquired players are anticipated to assume pivotal roles in shaping Plateau United’s performance trajectory. Their diverse skill sets and international experience are poised to contribute significantly to the team’s strategic gameplay.
