Three men who specialize in kidnapping motorcycle riders have been arrested in Otukpa area of Benue State.
The suspected always had lured their victims to take them to Okpo in Kogi State where they meet their waterloo.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the trio came from Owukpa to snatch motorcycle at Ukwugbo market at Olachagbaha Otukpa when the police arrested them.
