Tinubu, Ganduje, top politicians storm Barau’s children’s wedding in Abuja (Photos)

President Bola Tinubu, along with top politicians from various political parties, including governors, senators, ministers, business tycoons, and prominent traditional and religious leaders, attended the wedding Fatiha of the children of Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin.

IDOMA VOICE reports that the ceremony, held on Friday at the National Mosque in Abuja after the Juma’at prayers, celebrated the union of Senator Barau’s son, Jibrin Barau Jibrin (Abba), with Maryam Nasir Ado Bayero, daughter of the Emir of Bichi, and his daughter Aisha Barau Jibrin with Engineer Abubakar, son of Dr. Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina, the President of Azman Group of Companies.

President Tinubu served as Wakil and Waliy for the two children of the Deputy President of the Senate through the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, former Governor of Nasarawa State Senator Tanko Almakura, and other political dignitaries also played key roles in the ceremony.

Other prominent attendees included the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajuddeen Abbas; APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje; Mamman Daura, nephew of former President Muhammadu Buhari; and several state governors, including Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), Peter Mbah (Enugu), Dauda Lawal (Zamfara), Dikko Umar Radda (Katsina), Ahmed Usman Ododo (Kogi), and Mai Mala Buni (Yobe).

Notable senators, such as former Senate President Ahmad Lawan, Ali Ndume, Sani Musa, Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai, and others, also attended. Representatives from the ECOWAS Parliament, including Fourth Deputy Speaker Billay G Tunkara, were present.

Other dignitaries included the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume; Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu; and Special Assistant to the President (Political Affairs), Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari.
