Tinubu has a hand in the removal of Tanko as CJN – Deji Adeyanju

Social activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has said the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, may have a hand in the removal of Tanko Mohammed as the Chief Justice of Nigeria.

IDOMA VOICE recalls that the CJN resigned on Sunday night, citing ill-health as the reason for his decision.
President Muhammadu Buhari subsequently, sworn in Justice Olukayode Ariwoola as the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN.
Ariwoola is from south western part of the country, who may likely chair the presidential appeal panel of the 2023 election.

And Deji believes that the removal of Tanko might have been orchestrated by Tinubu.

He tweeted, @I sincerely think Tinubu has a hand in the removal of the CJN.”
