President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently holding a meeting with his Ghanaian counterpart, President John Mahama, at his official residence in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
While the purpose of the visit remains unclear, both leaders have been engaged in discussions for over an hour.
President Mahama arrived at the Presidential Villa around 3 p.m.
Following his victory in the December elections, Mahama previously visited President Tinubu in Abuja on a courtesy call.
Since his inauguration in January, an event attended by President Tinubu, this marks Mahama’s first official visit to Nigeria as Ghana’s leader.
