Tinubu imposing hardship on Nigerians – Tunde Bakare

Tunde Bakare, the overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, has accused Bola Tinubu of subjecting Nigerians to undue suffering through his alleged actions.

Bakare, a renowned preacher, asserted that Tinubu’s approach in dealing with the country’s challenges was misguided and urged him to redirect his efforts towards combatting corruption rather than burdening the citizens.

Addressing his members yesterday in Abuja, the preacher said Tinubu should allow the poor breath by killing corruption and not Nigerians.

According to Bakare: “By imposing hardship on Nigeria without going after those individual, cooperations who have plundered Nigeria over the years, the president has picked the wrong fight.

“Mr President, if you are truly on the side of the poor; if you are serious about the welfare of the people; if you truly want the poor to breathe as you once said, then kill corruption and not Nigerians.”
