Briefing journalists in Abuja on Tuesday evening, the leader of the group, Abdullahi Saleh, said they were vehement and total in the rejection of against a Muslim-Muslim ticket.

TSO also described the controversy over the choice of Senator Kashim Shettima as the running mate on the basis of the same faith as unwarranted and diversionary.
7. A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Elton Onwu, on Monday slammed critics crediting the presidential flagbearer of the APC, Bola Tinubu, with a defeatist statement after the outcome of the Osun State governorship election.
According to him, the post was lifted from his page by some unknown persons, shared on various social media platforms and subsequently published by online newspapers.

Tinubu wished Osinbajo a speedy recovery.
11. A United Kingdom-based organization, Atlas Global, has announced that a social media platform has been created for the standard flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, to commemorate the former Lagos State governor’s 30 years in politics.
According to the group, this will allow Nigerians to have access to the presidential candidate.
12.A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Abayomi Mumuni has said the recent defeat of the APC in the 2022 gubernatorial election will not affect the changes of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of APC in 2023.
Mumuni, who contested in a gubernatorial election on the platform of the defunct Congress for Progressives Change (CPC) in 2011 in Lagos State, made this disclosure on Tuesday.
