Kidnapped Chief Executive Officer of Tito group of companies, Chief Isaac Akinkumi has regained his freedom.
The Benue State Police Command announced his release on Monday adding that five suspects have been arrested in connection with the crime.
In statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Anene Sewuese, one locally made pistol and six rounds of ammunition were recovered from the suspects while investigation is still in progress.
The PPRO said the Benue State Commissioner of Police, Mukaddas Garba condemns the kidnapping of Chief Akinkumi and assures friends and family members that the perpetrators will be brought to book.
