Mitoma has notably stood out as one of the premier attackers in the English Premier League since the onset of the previous season. He impressively registered 10 goals and eight assists across various competitions in the 2022/23 campaign. Additionally, he has already contributed to seven goals in 11 matches during the ongoing season.
According to the report, Barcelona’s head coach Xavi is particularly interested in bolstering the left-wing position within his squad, as most of his current options, including Raphinha, Ferran Torres, and Lamine Yamal, prefer operating from the right flank.
