Transfer: Bayern Munich in talks to sign £50m Chelsea star

Bayern Munich are on the verge of finalizing a deal to sign Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea, as they have initiated discussions with Chelsea regarding the transfer of the skilled defender.

Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Bayern Munich, is reportedly eager to reunite with Chalobah. However, the substantial valuation placed by Chelsea could present challenges in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.

According to details from the Evening Standard, Chelsea have set an ambitious price tag of £50 million for Chalobah.

While Bayern Munich’s initial loan proposal to Chelsea was met with rejection, the German club remain enthusiastic about devising a feasible arrangement.

Chalobah has encountered a lack of opportunities at Stamford Bridge under the guidance of manager Mauricio Pochettino. Regrettably, the 24-year-old is currently sidelined due to a hamstring injury sustained during training.
