Transfer: No club will be able to buy Osimhen – Agbonlahor

Former Aston Villa captain, Gabby Agbonlahor strongly asserts that acquiring Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen would be a financial challenge for any club.

Agbonlahor believes that prying Osimhen away from Napoli’s grasp would necessitate an exorbitant fee, posing a significant obstacle even for the wealthiest clubs across Europe.

Osimhen has garnered attention for a potential transfer away from Napoli in the coming year.

Various top European clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, among others, have been associated with Osimhen in transfer speculations.

“No one will be able to afford him [Osimhen],” Agbonlahor said (via HITC).

“He will be something silly, £140/150million.”

The 24-year-old has been impressive for Napoli since he joined them in 2020, helping them to the Serie A title last season after scoring over 30 goals in all competitions.
