Tribunal bars Jime’s star witness

The Governorship Election petition Tribunal sitting in Makurdi has barred Emmanuel Jime and APC’s star witness, Joe Abaagu from testifying as his witness statement on oath before the Chairman of the Tribunal was not commissioned, validly sworn-to, made before the Commisoner of Oath.

Jime had tendered over 380 exhibits(voters register) of 11 LGAs through Abaagu whose witness statement on oath has now been struck out.
