Turkey: Wilfred Ndidi faces one-game suspension

Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi has been suspended for one match in Turkey.

As a result, Ndidi will be absent for Beşiktaş’ upcoming home fixture against Alanyaspor this weekend.

The 29-year-old midfielder picked up his fourth yellow card of the season during the Eagles’ 1-0 loss to Fenerbahçe last weekend.

Ndidi joined the Istanbul-based club last summer and has contributed two goals and one assist across 25 league appearances this term.

Currently, Beşiktaş occupy fourth place in the Turkish Super Lig standings.
