Uche Nwosu: Okorocha’s son in-law wins in court

The Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed Uche Nwosu as the authentic governorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) in Imo State.

The Apex Court struck out the Suit brought Leonard Okolienta challenging the judgments of the lower Courts which earlier confirmed Nwosu as the AA’s standard-bearer for the 2019 governorship election.

Delivering the Judgment, the Supreme Court warned against antics to misrepresent the Judiciary, maintaining that the Judiciary will continue to be the last hope of the common man.
