The United Kingdom government has published an updated list of licensed companies and organizations approved to sponsor skilled workers seeking relocation. The information, available on the UK government’s website, includes 99,856 approved companies as of January 12, 2024, marking an increase of 31,226 companies compared to the 68,630 approved in January 2023.
The list encompasses a diverse range of sectors such as technology, commerce, education, media and advertising, and engineering. Skilled workers eligible for sponsorship fall under various categories, including charity workers, creative workers, global business mobility (senior or specialist workers), and international sportspersons.
In a note on its website, the UK government stated, “This document lists worker and temporary worker sponsors. It includes information about the category of workers they’re licensed to sponsor and their sponsorship rating.”
Interested individuals are encouraged to visit the companies’ websites to explore available job opportunities.
