University of Liverpool issues notice on masturbation, violation of library regulations

The University of Liverpool has issued a notice to all students, emphasizing that masturbation in the Sydney Jones Library toilets is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of library regulations.

The university administration has raised concerns over an excessive amount of semen stains found on the library floors, resulting in significant costs for professional cleaning services. These expenses are expected to be reflected in tuition fee increases for the upcoming academic year.

The university authorities urge students to refrain from engaging in such activities within the library premises and encourage them to respect the sanctity of the educational environment. In a lighthearted remark, students are advised that if they find themselves bored, they should consider returning home to address any personal needs.

Any students with questions or concerns regarding the library’s policies are requested to enquire at the library help desk for further clarification. The university appreciates the cooperation of all students in upholding a conducive and respectful atmosphere for learning and studying.
