[UPDATE] Armed robber arrested near FUHSO in Otukpo dies after serious beating

The armed robber, Austin, who was caught after robbing a POS agent opposite Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo, (FUHSO) is dead.

IDOMA VOICE reported earlier that the deceased, in company of two other accomplices, stormed the business centre close to the health varsity with a gun but ran out of luck as they were chased till one of them fell from the motorcycle.

He was mobbed and shot with his own gun but didn’t die on the spot until the police came to carry him away.

However, it has been confirmed that he has passed away at the station after losing a whole lot of blood, IDOMA VOICE reports.

Meanwhile, IDOMA VOICE reported that a banished robber identified as Godwin Akpo was also killed last night.
