Harris made the call to Trump hours after the race was called, congratulating him on his victory while delivering a cautionary note. According to reports from The Daily Mail, she underscored the importance of a peaceful transition of power and urged Trump to serve as a president for all Americans.
Later today, Harris is expected to deliver a formal concession speech at Howard University, where she will address the nation.
