“NEW GARAGE FIRE OUTBREAK
Truly fire is one of the dangerous disaster. Fire Service has been able to put off the fire outbreak at New Garage in Wadata, Makurdi local government of Benue State, with the support of the community people. Though no life has been reportedly loss but properties worth millions of naira destroyed.
The Fire Service needs to improve on its interventionist approach and method, so as to be proactive and not to be confused in its strategies with the mundane stories of pipe got punctured, how to connect the pipes, misplacement of pumps and other unprofessional lapses.”
