Professor Innocent Ujah, the pioneer Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, has revealed when full admission of students into the institution would commence.
The VC said all is now set for the kick-off of the institution, adding that latest by January, admission of students would begin.
Speaking with Apa TV, Ujah said “FUSHO is indeed a university of Idoma people, Nigerians and the world at large. We have met with JAMB Registrar and we hope that probably January. The process will commence shortly.
“We believe we will have more than enough because it is science-base. We pray that the community has been receptive. The Och’Idoma has been very supportive. The Idoma traditional rulers are very supportive. Even the temporary site in Otada, the people have been very supportive.
“I believe if this continue, the university would grow and we truly be a representative of what we are,” he said.
