Victor Osimhen dragged to court

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has been dragged to court by his former agent who is also his brother-in-law.

Osimhen left Lille for Napoli two years ago, but the transfer has continually been under the searchlight, with reports stating that Lille’s headquarters was raided because of the deal.

Even Napoli were dragged to court because of alleged inflation in the value of the transfer.

However, this time Osimhen is the one who could have to defend himself in court, as reliable sources indicate that Osimhen’s former agent Osita Okolo has filed a complaint against him at the Ikeja Magistrate court.

Okolo alleges that Osimhen kept most of the commission from his transfer to Napoli for himself because some of his family members in Nigeria needed it.

Okolo is coming out with this lawsuit two months after Osimhen cut ties with him and employed the services of Italian agent Roberto Calenda.
At the time of this report, Osimhen is still mute on the issue.
