Watch Video as fire burns down FCT Minister House in Abuja

On Sunday afternoon, the private residence of the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mariya Mahmoud, was engulfed in flames, resulting in a complete destruction of the property.

Located at No. 9, Justice Roseline Ukeji Close, Asokoro, the house was completely razed by the fire.

Efforts to salvage belongings from the property were reportedly futile, with firefighters slow to respond to the scene.
