Residents of Ari community in Ado Local Government Area of Benue State have decried the impassable condition of their road, appealing to good spirited-individuals to come their rescue.
The affected communities include Ulayi, Ijigban, Ekile, Ezza, Izzi and other neighbouring communities. They said the road is so bad that both rainy and dry season is almost the same. Whenever there is rain, the road is always marshy and difficult for motorcycles and vehicles to come to the area.
Those who spoke with our correspondent on condition of anonymity said the condition of the road has caused a lot of pains to the people living in those communities and request for urgent attention to their plights.
They lamented that both economic and social activities in the area has been cut off and advise their sons and daughters to look inward to ameliorate their pains rather than engaging in political jamboree of 1 million donation and self-serving programme.
