The Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Sunday, held what it tagged a sensitization service amid the corona virus situation in Nigeria and other parts of the world.
The service was held at the Glory Dome in Abuja and monitored by DAILY POST on Sunday.
Speaking during the service, the Senior Pastor, Dr. Paul Enenche, who led members in a brutal prayer session against the plague, said it is an indication that the end of time is near.
He tasked members to be health and safety conscious while the world battles to find a lasting panacea to the deadly virus. The church provided massive quantities of hand sanitizers all over the entrances into the Church.
“To avoid further spread or contacting the ‘moronic’ devil called corona virus, we need to live a clean and godly life. You must maintain a hygienic life. How can you leave the toilet without washing your hands and you use same to put food in your mouth?
“It is important we live a clean life both spiritually and physically. These are signs of the end, we need to prepare for the coming of the Lord.” He read a post that likened the situation to a dress rehearsal of the Rapture.
Apparently reacting in the affirmative to the recent directive by the government on public gatherings, the cleric said subsequently, services will be broken into maximum 50 people or members who will join from home on Dunamis TV.
As a Shepard it’s obvious he had decided not to leave the sheep without guidance and direction and prayer cover in this season while redirecting them to smaller group meetings going forward according to the government directives.
“Further clarification on this and other services, like the Worship, Words and Wonders Night would be made on Wednesday on air.
“We believe strongly that the plague shall be over soon. Corona can not and will never overcome God’s children in Jesus name.”
He quoted very striking scriptural references confirming God’s preservation provisions for His people.
Enenche further emphasized the absolute necessary of living free of fear, existing in faith, and in prayer, study of the word, an attitude of praise and worship as well as maintaining positive declarations, living a life of integrity, holiness, purity, and connecting with God’s provisions for divine health.
“You are preserved!!!!!” He declared as they closed the service.
