When is APC presidential primary election?
The presidential primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has been slated for June 5-6, 2022.
The event will take place at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
APC had shifted its primaries to pick a presidential flag bearer for more than three times.
At the moment, it is certain that the party would not move the election.
This is because the opposition party, PDP, has conducted its primaries and settled for Atiku Abubakar as its candidate.
So far, 23 three persons are expected to be screened ahead of the exercise.
However, political analysts have narrowed down the election to four aspirants.
So far, current Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, APc national leader, Bola Tinubu, Senate President, Ahmad Lawan and Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.
There are reports that the four aspirants have backing of different leaders of the party.
Sources said one of the four aspirants would surely emerge as the APC candidate after the primaries.
