  5. Divine Calling: Despite his personal reservations and faith-related contradictions, Prince Olaoye received a revelation from God that led him to accept the call to become the Soun of Ogbomosoland.

  6. Confirmation from Pastor Adeboye: Prince Olaoye informed the General Overseer of the RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, of his reluctance to ascend the throne. Pastor Adeboye reportedly told him that he should not resist his destiny.

  7. Retirement Plans: Before the unexpected turn of events, Prince Olaoye had planned to retire and lead a simpler life at the age of 60. He harbored a passion for world travel, possibly influenced by his mysterious birth in a car.

  8. Happily Married: Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye is happily married to Omo, who is also a pastor. His wife is the founder and pastor of Jesus Women Ministries, an organization dedicated to addressing women’s issues in alignment with biblical teachings.
