Robert Lewandowski, a famous striker from Poland, has revealed why he wants to leave Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich this summer.
This year, Lewandowski has been linked with a move away from Bayern, with Barcelona being his favourite destination.
Since the start of the season, the reigning FIFA Best Player of the Year has been practically nonstop in expressing his desire to leave Bayern.
“I just want to leave Bayern,” he told Polish outlet Onet Sport. More important than the work is loyalty and respect. The greatest thing to do is work together to find a solution. Something in me has died, and I’m in desperate need of new feelings.
“I was always ready, available, and despite injuries and discomfort, I gave my all for so many years at the club.” Finding a good solution for both parties, I believe, is the best course of action.
“I’m not seeking for a one-sided solution; it makes no sense after all this time, after such a great era, and with my will and support.”
